In response to the below email and many more incendiary and insulting emails from cousin Dr. Patrik Nilsson, I told Cousin Dr. Nilsson that "You're delusional cousin Patrik. Pateni Plot is not yours or your mother's, and never it was. All you want is to incite violence and more hatred. We are not going to allow you to do that. What a con man you have become? No more stealing land. Bibi Manyaki said to those who tried to steal land that 'Enda Ipho Nuka kuende iwara teri yapho.' So, wrong calculations, cousin Dr. Nilsson". I had to be the one to tell him off. No one else is. Maybe because he is mulatto or has a Ph.D. or whatever. He is just another cousin to me.

Hello Pendo,

I got to know today that someone is building on the land in question. From your response I guess that it is related to you. Consequently, that could be jeopardizing the entire project that I have been working on for two years (as I have written to you) and that would bring a major investment to the M'nini village and the people there. From what I also understand it would mean that your are building something that will become ours since there have surfaced documents stating that the land is in fact ours.

I have no objection if you build something on our land for us and pay for it. We will then use that building as part of the Memorial Garden and be thankful for your investment in the project.

---------Bellow is my Message to my older cousins early in 2014. I took the Matter to our cousins, about cousin Bernadin Marcelian Massao and Auntie Flo invasion to our home, abusing our mother and us who, a widow. They continuously attack us and our home, barraging us in the Village Office and Uru East County Office, since our Father passed in 2008. I initially ask for a meeting of all available cousins and discuss about our cousin Bernadin who is the primary catalyst. But Cousin Dr. Nilsson offered a notion if an economic project as union part and cousin Dr. Deodatious T.J. Mashitaki said a far fetch stick could not kill a snake. I took the financial project as a positive way to unite us because, upon initiation of the project, we could have a chance to meet-up, and I'm pro-development anyways. But the Economic Project became an engine to foster invasion,  threats, manipulation, incitement of violence, and upscale hatred thru divide and conquer style. It is betray at the core, and inhumane acts one can face from his/her own. The so-called project got redesigned to shovel thru our threats and to incite violence onto us because they are big cousins. When we said no to the project, the prospect of inciting violence was propelled further. As hard-headed, I'm it was not going down quickly without putting emergency breaks one after another because I have a fighting spirit inherited from My Grandma Bibi Manyaki. Boy, she was a fighter! So bellow, after I spoke to my bros and some of my age group cousins, we decided to push for these older cousins to come for a meeting.

Hi Cousin Patrik. Thank you for the emails. I called earlier and sent you a message. But in vain.

We are not going to litigate our deepest disagreements over the emails. It's very clear that no one understands or want to understand or care our concerns.

I suggest before we keep on digging ourselves into a more deeper hole than the one we are in, to schedule a meeting to meet physically at the scene that is so fundamentally misunderstood and misrepresented as not our home-our sole place, and have this clarification and be able to see how we can understand each other as to resolve our widened differences. This is the only plausible path, if we ever want to resolve this already huge widening generational conflict and gap. Ample time is imperative. 

I have said this proposal to you and Deo directly and many other cousins a while ago. Also, i did talk to Tedo and Inno, and we all agree to do this. Emails wont change a thing.

We could never disagree more about what you are saying and ordering what to do or not to do at our home. I cannot even emphasize how deeply we disagree on anything anyone dont belong to our home want to impose to us or at our home against our will and legal remedies. It's beyond what words can explain.

Just to hint you there are so many propaganda and hateful things are said about us, done against us and our home, you or anyone who is not us cannot even grasp the magnitude. If you want to learn how we feel and what exactly is taking place, this physical meeting could be the chance.

Please call me. Emails are being used as way not to understand each other but to reply and tagging. We did them and here we are. We have to do things differently not to repeat failed strategies day in and day out.

Not only that,  he went further and order us, Valerian Family, to cross our well family established boundaries and convey his out of touch order and command to our cousin Tedo's (Albert Peter Massao) home, Uncle Marselian's home. What Cousin Dr. Nilsson and his movement don't get it is we Valerian Family have boundaries, we respect neighbors, family members, the community and all people, and their respective homes, unlike him and his followers. 

Also, the bellow email is 360 reversal from the original inception of the so called project Parik brought about when i went to him and Cousin Dr. Mashitaki about atrocities of Cousin Bernadin and auntie Flo on to us, our widow mother and at our home. Their invasion to the our home as one of the reasons i came to these older cousins. It is rather ironic and straight out betrayal for them not only refused to listen to my concern and outcry, rather to try to use their PhD status powers to advance the invasion without having the audacity to tell me in a very plain language and with ample time that they buy in the Movement by some of  our cousins to invade us, something which I could respect greatly than what went down. But, cowardly act like pretending that they were responding to my family concerns and use such anticipation to advance the invasion is unforgettable sin. To further incite hatred, violence and invasion as Cousin Dr. Nilsson deliberately is been doing, he is steering a mass anger and get us killed. This is not a coincidence.

Hi Pendo and Deodatius,

I hope that you're doing just fine!

I have been in contact with a number of international corporations regarding the project of building a new university in Moshi, as I have mentioned to you before, and this will be a multimillion dollar project.

These companies, including my own companies and the Swedish government may be willing to put up money to build a "National Learning  Center" (NLC) located in Moshi or the Uru-area. I have been working on this project for quite some time now and things are starting to get rolling.

However, I have gotten some disturbing news that could halt the project as I have outlined it, before it has even started. One of the things is even connected to our own land - the Pateni Plot. As I have written before (perhaps not to you Deodatius) it is imperative to build the Memorial Garden (including the fountain that I have mentioned) as an area for commemoration for my parents Florentina Masawe and Mr Karl-Gösta Nilsson, on the Pateni Plot. I have informed about this to you Pendo and many other people quite some time ago so I guess that you know about this already. In addition, it is also necessary to tear down that really ugly wall that someone has built on our grandparents land.

We cannot have a Tanzanian National Memorial Garden for international dignitaries to visit and at the same time have the rest of the area (that was our grandparents place) to look like a slum area. We also have to see to it that Tedo and Bernadin or anyone else builds anything, what-so-ever on our granparents land. Building anything right now would jeopardize the entire project so please relay this information to Bernadin and Tedo and anyone else who has any connection to our grandparents land.

I cannot emphazise enough the importance of building the Memorial Garden and to tear down the wall. The Swedish government will not put up the money since I have stated in our application submitted 2 years ago to the government that a first step is to build this memorial site to commemorate the efforts that the Swedish government has already done through Florentina and Karl-Gösta.

In short, if we don't fix this there will be no money! Time is of the essence so we have to see to it that we can provide information about that we have:

a) Initiated the building of the memorial garden.
b) Started to tear down the ugly wall.
c) Arranged a plan and a location for the new university.
d) Have a committee that can participate in making this project become reality over the next few year.
e) That the Village committee is informed about the plans for the Memorial Garden and that we get them on our side since, with a little bit of luck we will get considerable amounts of money to pour into the village again, just like my mother and father arranged in the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

Please come back to me within a day so that we can get this going, FAST! If a) - e) doesn't happen shortly there will be grave consequenses to this project, including the millions of dollars that is to be invested! And I haven't work this much on this project to see it vaporize when it is about to become reality!
