This document is a reply to your response to our January 8^th 2014 concerns, which we received on January 24^th 2014 after the meeting you had with the villagers, which your document was not dated. The meeting you used to threaten our mother, that you will have our brother Pendo removed from the US, claimed her to be a witch, that you built our house, somehow it belongs to you, and so many more baseless claims. We did not see any facts or evidence supporting your assumptions. Even a street person can tell you the standing fact that “that is our home indeed”. You, going to the brethren is still your choice and does not negate the fact we own the land and home and that we need facts of your claims. Thus, the first document stands. This second Valerian's Family Concerns document reaffirms the first Valerian's Family Concerns document; and both documents are our living documents.

 Please read this Response from Florentina Masawe. It is just sad and understating that a human being and as relative and close person as she was could be able to orchestrate such an ill plan. It is unman-kind and despicable.

Reading this replay by Florentina Masawe, received on January 24th is depressing and sad. She still don't understand the pain and suffering she is causing is enough. Anyone ever feels to be chased out of your very home that you built with your family? She made a tactical error that is always the results of getting caught, because of the old say that, "there is not such a thing as perfect crime". Our Father's side family-Uru Relatives have been doing us dirty, using local, Mnini Village, and Uru Mashariki County/Kata as their tools to advance their hidden agenda against us, Valerian Family and specifically our mother. You, if our mother side entire family was from Uru, they could be part of Uru Residence, thus, it could be so difficult for our Uru relatives to use these local public offices for personal vend-era as it has been. Because my mother could have relatives in these government representatives as officials and or stake-holders. she could have schoolmate and associates too. who, together could create the needed balance of unbiased process, contrary to what is taking place right now. What surprises us Valerian Family is how these local government don't use their offices to conduct their businesses but to come use our property, our home, as their gathering place to conduct vendera official business, just to intimidate us. Also, we see and feel that these local governments are way overboard and over-reactive to matters that are private to our home. We would like to open their files and see how many people have faced such bombardment of interference from these local governments. Clearly we are questioning the motives of the officials in these local governments. We have seen them using the "Weekly Community Payer Gatherings" which we are no longer part of as some of us are no longer Catholics, as their organizing venue on how to go about using these local government officials as tools against us, our mother. They went on to deny us water from water from the Mkonyi-Irrigation Canal and local officials refunded us the money we paid for distribution access and maintenance of this public water system. This is clearly discriminatory practice.

 She typed this up and give it to the so called Chairperson of the clan. I have been there several times. I did not see any person of the clan come help with water as we toiled to fix it and help with money to build a house as we did. Only the two family members, Uncle Ludovic's and the dude called Ben helped with water. But also Ben was contractor and he got paid something and he is close family so he get a pass. American way tho, if you get paid you did not help. Ludovic's family members are very cool and live life like most Americans and have got the 1960's American Ford that is awesome. They are American for really. These other guys calling themselves Clan leaders, i never heard of them. My husband, his father his entire family never speak of them. All over the sudden Florentina comes want to take over, here they are popping like grass. We gonna have to use weed whacker to get rid of them as they come like weed for real. To all the Family members,

The bellow attached exchange between our brother Innocent and Auntie further reveals the underlying mentality and the mice roads we talked about in the January 8th document. Now we are calling it "The Elephant In The Room".

Chagga people, by tradition after the head of family passes away, those who are vested the traditional hat to take care of the surviving family tends to kill for land/properties, suppress the young and minorities and drive out the widows. By all standards we fit in these categories of traditional tribal oppression. What is different though is that Babu Balthazar and Bibi Manyaki were not traditionalist and did things differently. 

However,  auntie and her supporters are cling to the hard core Chagga tribal traditions to undo the good Christian work that our Grandparents and Parents did. something that is contrary to  Babu and Bibi's legacy of strengthen the humanity and saving lives. Look at Mamboleo Catholic Church and Community Center. What are we doing to cherish their legacy??? Charity starts at Home, don't forget that Auntie.

Do you want to tell us that our parents have no ownership of their home they built since our birth? Really? We have reached that lawlessness of human kind? we wish we had no right to that place we call home and leave it up to Auntie and her Supporters in this endeavor. But unfortunately we do. By all means and measures we are way younger than all Balthazar Grands kids, except for Matrona Peter Masao (Kibibi). Our parents areas young just as some of you, our older cousins, or are just as older as your peers' age groups. We grew up looking you all as our protectors and not the very people who are out to get us by using the outdated, inapplicable and lawlessness Chagga People Tribal Traditional Glitches. Good Lord! Tody's level of hatred we feel threatened at our very existence and our Father, Valerian who was so protective of his home is not there anymore to protect us, you dont need a Rocket Science to notice. No body invades another' persons home and expect peace. Watch and read NBC Dateline and Investigative Discovery chronological trues legal cases of how a fellow human can do onto others and and mostly are the very people entrusted to protect their victims. Baba, Babu and Bibi would have never thought that Auntie will turn into this monster we see who is galvanize her worn out publicity to suppress the people they vowed to protect and raise, us all grand kids.

We have a case study, attached, we want all members of Balthazar family and relatives to read and get the glimpse of how how we feel about the whole ordeal,; especially during the prior of these escalation after  Baba Valerian passed. You cannot deny our feelings. Ironically, since we are younger, vulnerable and sensitive, we should be protected and not invaded, demoralized and demonized. These are not just words, these are thought through and actual feelings and we are as transparent as we can be. We need transparent and not agenda driven or use of mice roads to achieve personal goals. Referring to our phone conversation yesterday, you mentioned about exchanging your plot with ours (Valerian’s), I did not understand which plot/land you were talking about and which part of our plot/land (Valerian’s) you were talking about.

Also you said that we are not cooperating with Protus and we/Mama Pendo is using the plot/land he was given by Bibi Manyaki without him benefiting. Can you please tell if Protus has complained anything about that to you? You also said that the house at our home should belong to Protus and anyone from Balthazari’s family, can you also please tell where you got this from, which is against Valerian’s will.

Lastly you mentioned Baba Pendo moving from mbele ya bara bara to where he built the house. This is out of our control because he was told/asked by his parents to move to where his parent were living for him to stay with them and take care of them and they gave him that place/land to build his house and not as you claimed, that is not your home, rather was Babu Balthazar and Bibi Manyaki's and they had a right to do as they please. I think the proper persons you should have asked about this and why did he have to move from mbele ya  bara bara to where he built the house was his parents, Babu Baltazar and bibi Manyaki who are long gone. I also think these issues should have been discussed in Valerian’s presence before he passed away. Now that he, Valerian, is not with us things are coming up. "THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT"

Most importantly, you as Valerian's critic now, you should raised your concerns then, 1980's when Babu and Uncle Kris passed or even 1990's when you were actively aquiring and establishing ownership of your Bustani Farm, or when Bibi and all your siblings were alive. You purposely neglect to ask because you knew you were wrong and not to exploit the vacum of their absence. Wrong! and Wrong again! They are not abset, they are very present and actively represented. What She Did to Someone Who Took Care of Her When She was Visiting Tanzania since 1980's Until When She Moved In Her House Late 1990's and moved back to Tanzania 2001. And Someone Who Took Care Of Both Her Parents. Ya'll Know That Money Cant Take Care Of Ya Parents. If She Loved Them So Much, Of Which I doubts She Did, Why She Did Not Take Them To Sweden? Oh Why Did She Waited Until All Are Gone And Come To Invade The House? Or Why She Did Not Reject Her Brother, Valerian While He Was Alive? 

This Is Foul Ya'all. I Will Make Sure This Part Of My Son's Family History Is Written In The Walls of The African Tribal Traditions Reformations. She need to at least respect the people who took care of her parents, as her parents did. I dont hear anyone complaining that Valerian Family did dirty to Babu Balthazar or Bibi Manyaki, that I did not have a chance to meet. All I hear is how good Valerian Family took care of them and I can see how much they love everyone, for the years I have known them. Why do they have to suck-up for Auntie Flo and Bernadi BS? They dont deserve this mess and it has to stop. This Is Foul Ya all! 

My experience in working in the Nursing Home since when I was 14 years old and being around a lot of elderly population both at home and work, old people dont change, they are more experienced on their own life style and tend to do things wisely. Now, if someone want to tell me Auntie Flo is doing this because she is getting old, i will tell that person that is BS and he or she can take the BS from her and not us. Why? His mother was way older than her and she just passed almost 10 years ago. But she did not do any of these things, so get away with that old age BS. Bring it someone where else and not to Valerian Family.

Hi Auntie,

F. Y. I. You can call the villagers and your council at your home in Shunty Town or at your Bustani Farm or whenever you see fit but not at our Home. When you get the answers responding to our concerns,  then as an adult and senior family members you can bring those answers to us. 

The style you are using is not acceptable by our values and standards because they donot address the core of our concerns and do not show respect that we kindly ask you to respect our home. 

Furthermore, we did not bring the village to you when you claimed about the Water Tank, The Two Rooms at my father's house, the claims that who gave us the right to stay at our home or the lowlessness and incendiary claims that my father was never your brother and that made you the direct beneficiary of your parents. Instead,  as grown ups and responsible people, we brought our concerns at your attention and to the immediate family members who were involved every time Bibi added a meter at your Bustani Farm whenever she came to stay with you. That's why they were involved.  

We think you are misunderstanding the issues at stake here. So the flow is yours Auntie to respond and address these issues to us and not to our Mother or the villagers. 

Remember to do onto others as you wish others to do onto you. That's our motto. Once again, stop bothering our Mother because we did not bother yours, Bibi Manyaki. It is a small thing we are asking you but will keep on getting bigger as you keep on violating this very Biblical right that is endawed to us by the creator. We have no another mother and since we never follow anyone's mothers oround intending to cause harm, someone should not do such things to ours and expect to be okay. No, it is not okay and dont mistake or misunderstand this key requrst. We kindly berging you to stop immediately. This is as direct as it can be and get. We hope to be understood so to alleviate further family relationships erosion.

Hello Auntie,

I hear that you went to the village regarding to the Pateni Plot and you and your villagers have started to bother my mother. I said and I repeat, we never bother your mother, Bibi Manyaki, and stop effectively immediately bothering my mother. We mean it and if you dobt we will force you to stop your mice roads and those who are assisting you.  We sent you our concerns and you as an adult should bring evidence how you obtained the Pateni Plot. Village did not give you the plot. Again,  "THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT". No way you can benefit your schemes and manufactured crises. The land is not my mother's, rather ours,  valerian's five boys, his direct beneficiary. So go through us and not exploiting my mother's weakness. So answer to our concerns. Some people are telling us to ignore you and your baseless claims (somehow these antagonistic claims will go away) of your 2 rooms at my parent's house, water Tank that you did not build as you are claiming, questioning us belonging to where we were born and live- and not mbele ya Barabara, the antagonistic and controversy of you invading the Pateni Plot, the hatred, jealousy, greedy and sadly empty remarks you said on the video during the meeting/kikao that you don’t know if our father was your brother until when your parents tell you so for sure. And how you are claiming that you were quietly given the Pateni by Babu or Bibi or Baba Valerian without main parties being involved as per both  Customary and Statutory Governing Laws. But, we finally heard and observed your character, demeanor, and mentality, you have been disrespecting Valerian Family in general and our rights. We decided to face these challenges Head-On. We used to only hear about them from the third parties, but we witnessed the true colors of your mentality and how you really feel about us, your brother Valerian's offspring and surviving family. We have questions and decisions, they are publicly rooted from the very deep bottom of our hearts, souls, and minds, as we will contest all the above claims you made, as you have been exploiting our silence on these issues tirelessly. Because your sole personal interests and you elevated yourself as executor of Babu and Bibi's Will, regardless of their arrangements with your brother Valerian and your other siblings, and the fact that we are Valerian's direct beneficiaries and not you or the Masawes, we are left with no choice but to “Fight For Our Rights” as our father’s last words on his deathbed.
