Setting The Records Straight With Auntie Florentina Masawe About Our 2008 Visit To Tanzania.

Auntie Florentina, let me help to revive your memory and set the record straight. In 2008 we visited Tanzania because Father Valerian was gravely sick and he urged us to come sooner than later. We arrived in Moshi May 15th 2008. Father Valerian was taken to KCMC hospital the same day, and sadly he did not return home alive. R.I.P. Father Valerian. From Nairobi, Jomo Kenyatta Airport, we came direct to KCMC to see him. There we met you, and you offered us to stay with you at your home in Shanty Town because you said it was closer to KCMC.

The whole thing of finding Father Valerian in the stage he was into it was shocking, Pendo and I and Valerian Family did everything necessary to help Father Valerian, but God had better plans. That is the truth based on our emotions, you cannot rewrite, shape and or spin this. History is the best thing because no one can revisit it and change it, but one try to rewrite it, although it will always stay the same, history. Facts.

Father Valerian passed May 29th 2008 and we left for Uru Home the same day. Then we came back to your Shanty Town home on June 13th midnight and start to park, and we left June 14th {same night} at 6 AM catching a shuttle to Nairobi. Imani dropped us at the Shuttle Bus office that morning. These are the simplest fact that are against your claims. I suggest you start to realign your facts because facts matters, empty words and rumors are just that.

Now, last time I checked, from May 15th to 29th is exactly 14 days. Adding an overnight of, the June 13th late night we came to park and heading out 6 in the morning on the same day we went to bed, June 14th, it can count as 15th day that we spent a night at your Shanty Town House. Also, as you can read in the three of the Valerian Family Documents, you had access and full control of the room we stayed and you exercised such rights very well. Because you had someone else staying in the room while our belongs were in it, during the period of May 29th to June 13th 2008 as we resided at Uru Home. These also are facts.

Dont try to exploit an issue that is well documented by very trusted documents like passports and visas, or events that happened while we visited Tanzania. You cannot manufacture crises in this instance because the odds are not adding up. Manufacturing crises for your personal gain is not a way forward and expect peaceful relationships to come along or to stay a course.

That does not sound like a month to us, although to you it sounds like You want to spin it and label it as you are mother Theresa or something. Mother Theresa was chosen by the people and did not self-impose herself to the people. Her acts and good deeds made her who she is, so do you. You cannot run from you yourself, stop trying to sugar coating who and what you are based on your acts and comprehensive life.

We can send you our Passports, visas, Father Valerian Death Certificate, and may be all Uru People to attest this to you. Let us know if that's what you want as evidence. We could not possibly invite ourselves to your Shanty Town home and we contributed expenses. I personally told and witness Pendo offering you money as board and room because that's how we do here.

A lot of you did not, and never know that when we were coming, Only Inno and Imani knew. And we did not want to be a burden for anyone. Look how we carry ourselves whenever we are in Tanzania. We keep it to ourselves and not on to others. We dont want celebrity status or make a scene for our coming. We come to retreat and reconnect with the our roots and not to show-off. Dont get twisted about us and our way of life. Even Valerian Family barely knows that we are coming. Does that anger you or anyone? Oh well, get over it, we are who we are and we will not change for anyone but God Himself. That's the difference between us and you, may be.

These are the facts and supported by mounting evidence and real events that you or I or Pendo or anyone for that matter cannot rewrite or spin around or recast. At least to my normal and common sense knowledge. "FACTS". Aunte Floretina, these are not mambo jambo and sniping things always to benefit you. Just plain Facts. Fact matters, and principle driven people cling to the facts.

I suggest to stop offering things to people. Especially, if you are trapping them when they are vulnerable and later to come using the very things that you offered as a weapon against them. That's foul, really bad.

This should never be an issue at all. No one put a gun on your head to present that offer and or the material things that you are talking about. We were at KCMC, my first time to see you and you offered us. Do we have to really talk about this? Seriously? I dont understand what is your motives here. This and the whole thing about you is like a parable to me. Can you spell out, elaborate and explain what exactly do you mean and want from us? I dont do that mischievous, kniving and hit around the bush thing. I cut the chase straight up by keeping it real with it bluntly.

Remember that we keep it real when we have to and we keep it calm when have to as well. Especially when someone else is antagonizing us or deliberately exploiting us, we get down with it accordingly. We dont role like that Auntie Florentina, we real with it. We are nice people when you come nice and we're very defensive when you attack us, it's in human nature. May Go bless you to understand this very well.

  2. I know. I'm surprised, let alone angered, that someone who lived in Europe and educated could pull such a string of smearing her own blood. For what???? I can never understand. Could someone out here, from that part of the world explain to me? I dont get it at all. But I know for sure that God Jehovah aint sleeping and will most def. protect his people over such in-home imbedded dangers. God's great, Amen.

  3. It is called a wreaked belief that African have inside them as seed of self destruction. Look at the Ebola events, just recently when gang of people broke into the quarantined Clinic that hosted many Ebola patients as strategy to mitigate its spread in Liberia, they broke in and released all the patients. Saying that Ebola is brought by foreigners and they need their people back. Who is suffering now? Are the Western Foreigners dying from the Ebola now? Sadly the same Africans who let go of the segregated Ebola patients are dying from it. Westerners are actually cured.

Now that is the currently trending issue. There are multitude and million of issues that makes Africans to be and live the life they do. It is sad to the rest of the world but, the reality is that Africans like their life as it is. Something in their culture and way of life hinders development. One thing I can point out very well, and I see in this blog is that they are Destructively jealous of their fellow African development and they will do anything to hinder their fellow African from developing. Start with African leaders, they are not worthy to be called leaders because they only look after themselves in the expenses of their own people. They should be called African Selfishness Masters and not African Leaders. But unfortunately in this political correctness world we are living, it is not going to happen.

  4. I'm strategist and Management consultant. I have traveled the world and do business with many poor and rich countries and organizations/institutions. The above contribution is dead on right. Some how African leaders are wishful leader with dark belief that things will change by just waving a magic wand. They are not realistic at all. They are doing the same thing over and over, year in and year out, thinking that things will some how turn out differently. No, it wont. It is like planting Maize all seasons and expect to harvest beans or rice. My be in the magical African way of thinking this can be considered as ideal leadership quality, but in the realistic and evolving world, this is not a leadership value and or s sustainable strategy.

For African culture to change and embrace the true development that will lift up African, they need to have good and credible leaders. South Africa has tried a lot with success and that it can be said that it is due to its hybrid communities that some foreign seeds were planted in it and helped South African to see beyond its nose and develop as developed nation it is. If fellow African Countries cannot mimic the South African development up to now then they are doomed and in great need of their culture change just like any other organization/institution will do when it wants to grow and do better. The world is changing and people in it have no choice but to change with the evolving world. In this case, Africa too need to change, develop.

Thank you for visiting us🙏🏽. Feel free, be happy, do good/right things & remember that sky is not the limit, but your eyes, dogma & imagination/mind are the only limit. My father, Sr. used to say that the mind is the most powerful resource/thing a human being can ever have; use it wisely. It is similar to a common saying that the mind is a terrible thing to waste.
